Placements24 is seeking an HR Business Partner specialized in Employee Development to drive learning programs and career-pathing for a remote team based in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. The role partners with leaders to identify development needs and build targeted training, succession plans, and performance strategies.

You will design and deliver leadership and technical skills programs, support onboarding, and collaborate with HR to enhance employee capability and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and delivering development programs.
• Proven ability in succession planning and performance management.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in remote or distributed teams.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business leaders to identify development needs and skill gaps.
• Design and implement learning and development programs, including leadership and soft skills.
• Oversee performance management with development plans and career progression.
• Facilitate succession planning and identify high-potential employees.
• Manage onboarding and integration processes for new hires.
