Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in Learning & Development with program design and delivery experience.
• Solid understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design.
• Experience with LMS and e-learning development tools.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
• Design and develop comprehensive training programs, workshops and e-learning modules.
• Facilitate training sessions for various employee levels and departments.
• Source and manage external training providers as needed.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and ROI, manage LMS records.
