Qualifications

• Proven experience as IT Support Technician or help desk role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS and common office apps.
• Experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and remote tool usage.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level IT support via phone, email, and remote access.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including OS and apps.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Install, configure and deploy hardware and software solutions.
• Create and maintain IT documentation and troubleshooting guides.
