Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Technical Support Agent to deliver high‑level assistance and troubleshooting to clients entirely from home. You will diagnose issues, guide customers through solutions, and document cases for knowledge base improvement.

Ideal candidates have strong OS/software/networking knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, at least 3 years in IT support, and experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems to ensure top-tier service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or related IT field.
• In-depth knowledge of operating systems, software applications, and networking concepts.
