Placements24 is seeking a remote IT Helpdesk Analyst to support employees across departments from a flexible work setup. The role focuses on prompt remote assistance, troubleshooting, and proper documentation to ensure smooth daily operations.

The candidate should have 3+ years of IT helpdesk experience, solid knowledge of Windows and macOS, Office, and common business applications, plus familiarity with Active Directory and VPN technologies. CompTIA / ITIL certifications are valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT helpdesk or tech support.
• Proficiency with Windows and macOS, Office Suite, and business apps.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and VPN technologies; ITIL Foundation valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote IT support to employees across departments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and network issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access to IT resources.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and apps.
• Document requests, actions, and resolutions in the ITSM system.
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff or vendors as needed.
