Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Graduate IT Support Specialist to join the IT team in a fully remote capacity. You will troubleshoot technical issues, manage IT infrastructure, and ensure smooth operations across the organization.

This role offers broad exposure to IT support, network administration, and system maintenance while enabling remote collaboration and professional development. Ideal candidates hold an IT-related diploma or bachelor’s degree, are comfortable with Windows and macOS,

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
• Foundational knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Experience troubleshooting common hardware and software issues.
• Strong customer service skills and a patient demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users via remote channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts and permissions within the IT infrastructure.
• Document IT procedures and support requests in the ticketing system.
