The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, demonstrates strong communication skills, and can work independently in a remote environment with a customer-service focus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field required.
• Fundamental knowledge of Windows and macOS and common software applications.
• Familiarity with basic network concepts and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
• Strong communication skills essential for remote support.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
