Qualifications
- Proven IT support experience, preferably in insurance.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS hardware and software.
- Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and networking troubleshooting.
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
- Ability to work remotely supporting Mpumalanga operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users via remote assistance, phone, and email.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, OS, and network connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within the IT environment.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and user guides for knowledge base.
- Assist with IT asset management, including inventory tracking and deployment of new equipment.
