Placements24 is seeking a skilled Remote Technical Support Specialist to join their team. This fully remote role involves assisting users, troubleshooting complex IT issues, and ensuring optimal performance of software and hardware.

Occasional on-site support may be required near Benoni, Gauteng, SA, with a remote-first approach to IT support. You will diagnose problems, configure systems, and maintain documentation while collaborating with IT teams and vendors.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum proven experience in IT helpdesk or technical support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS and Linux, plus TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Cloud services experience is a plus and beneficial.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent IT-related experience.

• Provide remote support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user technical problems promptly.
