Qualifications

• Interest in IT support and technology.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, OS (Windows/macOS) and common software.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Self-motivated, capable of working remotely with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users remotely (email, chat, phone).
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues offline and online.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
• Assist with user account management and access provisioning.
• Document issues and solutions in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT support when needed.
• Participate in training sessions and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to improving IT support processes and documentation.
• Adhere to remote work and data security policies.
