Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, either agency-side or in-house.

• Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in technical roles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage a demanding workload.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• A proactive approach to sourcing and candidate engagement is essential for this role in Durban.

Responsabilités
