Placements24 in South Africa is seeking a proactive Helpdesk Support Officer to join a fully remote team serving clients from a base near Paarl. This role provides essential IT support and acts as the first point of contact for technical issues, delivering timely solutions and maintaining documentation.

You will log and manage tickets, diagnose common issues, and escalate complex problems to senior IT personnel while contributing to a collaborative remote culture with flexible hours.

Competenze

• Proven experience in a helpdesk or IT support role, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, common applications, and basic networking concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for remote user interaction.
