This role requires strong Windows/macOS skills, VPN experience, and excellent remote communication. A reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup are essential for successful, full-time remote work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT helpdesk or technical support, preferably remote.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS, Microsoft Office, and common business apps.
• Familiarity with network troubleshooting, VPN, and mobile device support.
• Clear and concise communication for remote interaction.
• Reliable internet and a suitable home office setup for full-time remote work.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users remotely via various channels.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and printer issues for all company devices.
• Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems across the user base.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access to IT resources.
• Document all support requests, actions taken, and resolutions in the IT ticketing system.
• Assist in maintaining IT documentation and knowledge base articles.
