Qualifications

• Prior helpdesk experience in a technical support role.
• Solid knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Experience using remote support tools to diagnose and fix issues.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and remote access.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
