Qualifications

• Experience in remote IT support.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote support to end-users via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage user accounts and access rights within the IT infrastructure.
• Document solutions and troubleshooting steps for the knowledge base.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address potential IT issues to prevent downtime.
