The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in insurance product development, strong leadership, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams in a remote environment while shaping product strategy and pricing.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in insurance product development or management.
• Proven track record of launching and managing insurance products.
• Deep understanding of life, non-life, health insurance lines.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for new and existing insurance products.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with actuarial, underwriting, legal, and marketing teams to design product features and specifications.
• Develop pricing strategies and profitability models for new and existing products.
• Ensure product compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Oversee the successful launch and ongoing management of insurance products.
• Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to drive product improvements.
• Mentor and guide junior product development team members in a virtual setting.
• Present product strategies and performance reports to senior management.
