Placements24 seeks an innovative Insurance Product Development Manager to lead creation and enhancement of insurance offerings. This remote role lets you influence strategy from anywhere while driving product lifecycle from concept to launch.

You will collaborate with actuarial, marketing, sales, and legal teams to ensure competitive, profitable, and compliant products, leveraging deep industry knowledge and strong analytical skills to fuel growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Insurance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years in product management or development within insurance.
• Proven track record of launching insurance products.
• Strong understanding of insurance operations, underwriting, and claims.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership.
• Superior communication and presentation skills for remote leadership.
• Familiarity with product development methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify product development opportunities.
• Define product strategy, features, and roadmaps based on market trends and customer needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle.
