You will define roadmaps, manage regulatory compliance, monitor post-launch performance, and drive cross-functional execution while shaping the future of insurance solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or finance; MBA preferred.
• At least 6 years in insurance product development or management.
• Proven track record of launching insurance products.
• Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and market dynamics.
• Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strategic thinker with ability to translate insights into plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, and business requirements.
• Collaborate with actuarial on pricing, reserving, and modeling.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and internal policy adherence.
• Monitor product performance post-launch and iterate.
