Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating projects, providing remote technical support, or managing field service operations.
• Strong understanding of remote installation processes and common technical challenges.
• Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills; able to multitask in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Proficient with project management software, ticketing systems, and remote collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule remote support activities for equipment installations across client sites.
• Serve as the primary remote contact for field installation teams, providing technical assistance and guidance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues via phone, email, and video conferencing.
• Maintain detailed project documentation including installation progress, issues logs, and resolutions.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth progression and satisfaction.
• Identify potential installation challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
