Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Field Installation Specialist to join its remote operations team. You will guide clients through installation, perform remote configuration, and troubleshoot setup challenges to ensure a smooth start across multiple locations.

This role emphasizes detailed work, strong communication, and independent project management from a remote setup. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in technical installation, strong hardware/software maintenance knowledge,

Qualifications

Proven experience in technical installation, configuration or hands-on support, preferably remote.
Strong understanding of installation and maintenance for hardware and software systems.
Excellent remote communication and customer service skills, able to guide users patiently.

Responsibilities

Provide remote guidance and support for installation and setup of company products and systems.
Perform remote configuration and testing of installed equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues, documenting solutions.
Develop and maintain clear installation guides and documentation for remote deployment.
Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
Conduct post-installation checks and provide initial user training remotely.
