Placements24 is seeking a Remote Installation Coordinator to manage scheduling and execution of equipment installations across client sites. Working fully remotely, you will liaise with clients, field technicians, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery, focusing on optimized schedules and logistics in Mossel Bay and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordination, project management, or logistics, preferably remote.
• Strong knowledge of installation processes and field service operations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and remote collaboration tools.
• Ability to anticipate challenges and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate on-site installation appointments for field technicians.
• Serve as the primary remote point of contact for installation-related inquiries from clients and technicians.
• Manage the logistics of equipment delivery and technician dispatch for installations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling conflicts or logistical issues that arise during the installation process.
• Maintain accurate records of installation schedules, technician availability, and project status.
• Ensure adherence to installation and maintenance protocols and client requirements.
