- Excellent written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for installation and setup of company products and systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues reported by clients via phone, email, or remote access.
- Deliver step-by-step guidance for maintenance or upgrades.
- Document support interactions, resolutions, and recurring issues in CRM.
- Collaborate with field technicians and engineering teams to resolve complex client problems.
- Create and update knowledge base articles and support documentation.
