Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in installation and maintenance engineering, remote-focused.
• Proficiency diagnosing and resolving issues with complex electro-mechanical or software systems.
• Excellent communication for remote collaboration.
• Experience with remote monitoring tools and diagnostic software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert remote technical consultation for installation and configuration of complex equipment.
• Perform remote diagnostics and troubleshooting to resolve installation and maintenance issues.
• Develop and document best practice guides for installation procedures and maintenance.
• Collaborate with field technicians and customer success teams on deployments and ongoing support.
• Analyze system performance data to identify problems and recommend proactive solutions.
• Stay current with product updates to provide effective remote support.
