Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Systems Installer to join our expanding virtual operations team. The role focuses on remotely configuring and deploying complex systems for clients across industries, using advanced diagnostic tools to guide setup and troubleshoot issues.

You will develop documentation, perform remote testing, and collaborate with development and support teams to implement enhancements, while managing multiple installations in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in remote installation, technical support, or systems administration.
• Strong background in networking, software deployment and system diagnostics.
• Ability to manage projects and work autonomously in a remote setup.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear tech explanations.

Responsibilities

• Remotely configure, install, and deploy systems and software per project specs.
