Placements24 seeks a Field Installation Engineer to deliver remote support for installations and deployments. The role guides on-site teams and clients through complex setups, acting as the primary technical consultant to ensure successful installations and effective troubleshooting.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a technical installation, field service, or engineering support role.
Strong understanding of installation processes for complex hardware or systems.

Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and documentation software.

Responsibilities

Provide remote technical assistance and expert guidance for equipment installations at client sites.
Develop and refine installation procedures and remote training materials.
Conduct virtual troubleshooting sessions to resolve installation-related issues in real-time.
Collaborate with project managers, field technicians, and customer representatives to ensure milestones are met.
Monitor installation progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Analyze installation feedback to identify areas for process improvement.
