Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work autonomously in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new sales leads through online channels, email, and phone outreach.
• Conduct engaging virtual product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through to closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand client business needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements effectively.
• Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
