Placements24 seeks an experienced Remote Industrial Engineer to lead design and optimization of production systems for diverse clients. This role is fully remote, enabling expert contributions from anywhere while delivering measurable gains in efficiency and quality.

The candidate will drive simulation, data analytics, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve productivity across multiple projects, communicating effectively with virtual teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering or a related quantitative field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with a strong focus on process design and optimization.
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced process simulation, modeling, and data analysis techniques.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex optimization projects, preferably in a remote setting.
• In-depth knowledge of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt principles and applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities for virtual environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of new industrial processes, systems, and workflows for various clients.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing operations, identifying complex inefficiencies and proposing innovative solutions.
• Utilize advanced simulation software and data analytics to model and optimize process performance.
• Develop detailed process documentation, specifications, and implementation plans for remote deployment.
• Collaborate effectively with remote client teams and internal stakeholders through virtual communication channels.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to achieve significant improvements in productivity and cost savings.
