Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum 6 years of professional industrial engineering experience focusing on optimization and analysis.
• Proven experience with simulation software (Arena, AnyLogic) and data analysis tools (Python, R, Power BI).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple remote projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote analysis of production and operational data to identify efficiency gains and cost reductions.
• Design and propose optimized processes and layouts using simulation and modeling tools.
• Develop and implement SOPs and best practice guidelines for operational units.
• Collaborate virtually with site managers, production teams and stakeholders to implement improvements.
• Utilise data visualization to communicate findings and recommendations to leadership.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies in industrial engineering and operational excellence.
