Placements24 is seeking an experienced Industrial Process Design Engineer to join its fully remote team. You will design, optimize and scale industrial processes across diverse projects, using advanced simulation and CAD tools.

The role emphasizes safety, efficiency and innovation, with strong remote collaboration across operations, engineering and project management. You will lead feasibility studies, risk assessments and equipment specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in industrial process design and optimization.
• Proficiency with process simulation software and CAD tools.
• Strong knowledge of thermodynamics and fluid dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new industrial processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Create PFDs and P&IDs using dedicated software.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams to integrate designs.
