Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related quantitative field.
• 3–5 years of experience in industrial engineering or related analytical role.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis, simulation software, and process mapping techniques; Lean and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational systems and processes to identify improvements.
• Lead projects on workflow optimization, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
• Use data analytics and modeling to support decisions and justify projects.
• Collaborate with virtual global teams and clients to implement solutions.
• Ensure sustainable, engineered improvements are implemented successfully.
