Placements24 is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer for a fully remote role. You will drive operational efficiency, optimize processes, and implement strategic improvements across business units from a home office, leveraging Lean Six Sigma and data analysis.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in industrial engineering, with Black Belt preferred, and proven ability to manage large, strategic projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams remotely.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering or process improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge; Black Belt preferred.
• Proven track record managing complex strategic projects.
• Strong data analysis and project management skills.
• Excellent remote collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and redesign of complex processes and operations.
• Develop and implement strategic Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to find performance gaps and optimization opportunities.
• Manage cross-functional projects remotely to ensure successful outcomes.
• Create process documentation, training materials, and metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to drive operational excellence.
