Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering with a strong focus on process design and optimization.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency with process simulation software, CAD tools, and data analysis platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to work effectively in a remote, asynchronous environment.
• Strong project management capabilities and a proven track record of delivering complex engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement optimized industrial and manufacturing processes from conceptualization to full-scale deployment.
• Analyze existing workflows and systems using data analytics and process modeling tools to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation for global implementation.
• Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and management, to ensure successful process integration and adoption.
• Utilize Lean and Six Sigma principles to drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and software solutions to enhance process design capabilities and operational efficiency.
