Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, focusing on process optimization.
• Proven track record leading and implementing complex optimization projects, preferably remote.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Master Black Belt preferred), and continuous improvement.
• Advanced proficiency in process simulation software, statistics, and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analyses of industrial processes to identify optimization opportunities in efficiency, cost, and quality.
• Develop and implement strategic process improvement plans leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and other advanced methodologies.
• Design and model optimal workflows, supply chains, and production systems.
• Lead virtual teams and stakeholders through change management processes to ensure successful adoption of improvements.
• Utilize data analytics, simulation, and statistical tools to support decision-making and validate solutions.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in industrial engineering and process optimization.
