Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• ≥6 years in industrial engineering focusing on production systems design and optimization.
• Expertise in applying lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and SPC.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and simulation software (Arena, AnyLogic).

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop optimal production layouts, workflows, and material handling systems using CAD and simulation software.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste, improve throughput, and reduce production cycle times.
• Analyze production data to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies for automation and the integration of advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed system designs and modifications.
• Collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation.
• Create detailed documentation including process flow diagrams, SOPs, and user manuals.
• Manage projects from concept through implementation, ensuring timelines and budgets.
• Provide technical guidance and support to manufacturing sites remotely.
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in industrial engineering.
