The ideal candidate has 4+ years in process improvement, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting while supporting diverse manufacturing operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial engineering focusing on process improvement.
• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and performance metric development.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects remotely.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct remote analysis of manufacturing and operational processes to identify improvements.
• Develop and propose process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Create detailed process maps, workflows, and SOPs.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and causes of inefficiencies.
• Prepare reports and presentations outlining findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate virtually with on-site teams to implement changes.
