Placements24 is seeking a talented and self-motivated Remote Industrial Engineer to join its distributed team. You will analyze data, develop process improvements, and drive lean initiatives from anywhere, collaborating with virtual teams across locations to optimize operations globally.

You should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and have at least five years’ experience in process improvement, data analysis, and Lean Six Sigma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a proven track record in process improvement.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and process simulation software.
• Excellent understanding of lean manufacturing principles and project management.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills suitable for a remote role.
• Self-disciplined with the ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously.

Responsabilités

• Analyze operational data and production processes remotely to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process optimization strategies, including Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Design and refine workflows, system layouts, and resource allocations using virtual collaboration tools.
• Prepare detailed analysis reports and present findings and recommendations to remote stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a virtual environment to ensure project success.
