Placements24 is seeking an Industrial Engineer to join our client’s team in a fully remote capacity. You will focus on designing and optimizing production workflows to improve efficiency, safety, and quality across multiple manufacturing sites.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in industrial engineering, with strong Lean/Six Sigma expertise, CAD proficiency (AutoCAD), and process simulation skills. Excellent remote collaboration and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 6+ years in industrial engineering focusing on workflow design.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in CAD (AutoCAD) and process simulation.

Responsabilités

• Design and optimize production workflows to maximize efficiency and safety.
• Develop facility layouts considering equipment placement and human factors.
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
• Apply Lean/Six Sigma to improve processes.
• Create SOPs and work instructions.
• Provide remote support during implementation.
