Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in industrial engineering with process optimization.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fully remote capacity.
• Strong knowledge of lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote analysis of production processes and supply chains.
• Develop lean manufacturing strategies and Six Sigma projects.
• Design and simulate improved process flows and layouts.
• Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams via virtual channels.
• Create SOPs and process maps for on-site implementation.
• Monitor implemented improvements and provide remote guidance.
