Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or closely related field.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in industrial engineering with emphasis on process analysis and improvement.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Skilled in using process modeling software, data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python), and project management software.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly in a remote work environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective virtual collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote analysis of operational processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement areas using data analysis and process mapping.
• Develop and document SOPs and best practices for various functions.
• Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs using Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Use simulation and modeling tools to test proposed changes before full-scale implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments and time zones via virtual channels.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings, recommendations, and progress for management.
