Qualifications

• Proven experience in a support, case management, or advocacy role, preferably with diverse populations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using digital communication platforms and case management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective remote interaction.
• Strong understanding of inclusion principles and social support frameworks.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and maintain high levels of professionalism remotely.
