Job summary

Royal York Property Management is seeking experienced Inbound Sales Consultants to engage property owners interested in professional property management services. You will answer inbound inquiries, qualify needs, explain our services, run on-camera demos, handle objections, and close qualified property owners.

You will work with warm inbound leads, build trust quickly, and guide owners through the next steps, ensuring a professional CRM-backed client experience until onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; required for candidates without strong equivalent sales experience
• 3–5+ years of full-time inbound sales or related high-ticket sales experience
• Proven ability to close warm inbound leads over phone or video calls
• Comfortable on camera during professional demo calls
• Strong English communication, both spoken and written
• Experience remote full-time work in a professional environment
• Excellent communication and confidence speaking with homeowners or high-value prospects
• Experience running demos, presentations, consultations, or structured sales calls
• Strong objection handling and closing skills
• Ability to maintain CRM records and manage multiple leads
