Job summary

Royal York Property Management, inc. is hiring experienced Inbound Sales Consultants to engage property owners interested in professional property management services. You will answer inbound inquiries, qualify needs, explain services, run on-camera demo calls, and close qualified owners.

You’ll maintain CRM records and coordinate with teams to ensure a professional client experience, while handling multiple leads remotely in a full-time role with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; required for candidates without strong equivalent sales experience.
• 3–5+ years of full-time experience in inbound sales or related high-ticket sales.
• Proven ability to close warm inbound leads over phone or video calls.
• Comfortable being on camera while running professional demo calls.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Experience working in a professional remote environment.
• Strong communication and confidence speaking with homeowners or business owners.
• Experience running demos, presentations, or consultations.

Responsibilities

• Qualify owner needs, property details, timelines, and urgency.
• Explain Royal York Property Management's services clearly and professionally.
• Run on-camera demo calls with prospective clients.
• Present yourself professionally on video calls with owners.

• Follow up consistently with owners who have not moved forward.
• Maintain clean CRM records with notes, tasks, and status updates.
• Manage multiple active leads and client conversations simultaneously.
• Coordinate internally to support a smooth client experience.
• Escalate issues early to protect the client experience.
