Formación

• 3+ years in inside sales, outbound sales, telesales, appointment setting, lead generation, call-centre sales, or live transfers.
• Experience with automatic or predictive dialers preferred.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills.
• Experience meeting call/transfer/appointment/sales targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Make continuous outbound calls using an automatic dialer.
• Introduce Royal York and the rental‑guarantee program.
• Ask questions about the owner and their rental property.
• Confirm the number of properties and whether they are occupied or vacant.
• Explain the CAD 100 monthly cost and the program’s potential value.
• Respond to objections involving price, need, trust, timing, or existing tenants.
• Build interest without using aggressive or misleading tactics.
• Ask qualified owners to speak with a Royal York sales representative.
• Complete warm and live transfers.
• Record accurate call notes, outcomes, and dispositions.
• Follow campaign scripts, qualification rules, and opt‑out procedures.
• Meet hourly and daily calling and transfer targets.
