Placements24 seeks a proficient HRIS Analyst to manage and optimize the HRIS across Polokwane and beyond, ensuring data accuracy, secure records, and reliable reporting. You will work with HR and IT to implement enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and train users in a fully remote setup.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in HRIS or related HR tech roles, strong knowledge of platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM, and solid data analysis and Excel skills.
