Placements24 is seeking a skilled HRIS Analyst to join our Randburg HR team. You will manage the HRIS, ensure data integrity, and deliver insights through reporting and analytics to support stakeholders.

The role collaborates with HR and IT on system deployments, upgrades, and maintenance, with a hybrid work model in Gauteng. Ideal for data‑driven professionals with a passion for HR technology and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, or related quantitative field.
• Proven experience as HRIS Analyst or similar HR systems role.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS databases and reporting tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM).
• Proficiency in data analysis, report writing and data visualization.
• Understanding of HR processes and South African labor law is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain the HRIS platform for data accuracy and system efficiency.
• Develop, run, and analyze HR reports for compensation, turnover, and headcount.
• Support HR process improvements by leveraging HRIS capabilities and identifying system enhancements.
• Manage system updates, testing, and implementation of new HRIS modules or features.
• Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities.
• Ensure data security and compliance with privacy regulations within the HRIS.
