You will configure, maintain, and enhance HRIS, develop reports and dashboards, support process improvements, and train users to maximize HR technology across the Western Cape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM).
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data management principles.
• Proficiency in report writing and data analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and security.
• Develop and generate HR reports and dashboards for management and operational needs.
• Support HR process improvements by leveraging HRIS capabilities.
• Provide training and support to HR staff and employees on HRIS functionalities.
• Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot system issues and implement system updates or upgrades.
• Stay current with HRIS best practices and emerging technologies.
