Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote HR Operations Specialist to join our distributed team. You will oversee HRIS management, ensure data accuracy, and generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports for management.

In this global remote role, you will support onboarding/offboarding for remote employees, maintain processes, and assist with payroll data and benefits administration, while maintaining strict data integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years in HR operations or related HR support role.
• Experience with HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
