Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience in HR support or generalist role, preferably remote.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR software.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding processes for new hires with documentation and orientation.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS with confidentiality.
• Assist in performance management cycles and talent development programs.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
