Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to lead critical HR initiatives in a fully remote, multinational environment. You will manage HRIS, performance systems and recruitment platforms, ensuring on-time, in-scope and on-budget delivery while coordinating with IT, Finance and business-unit leaders.

The role requires a strong background in HR processes, change management, and senior stakeholder engagement, with the ability to drive improvements in PM methodologies across the HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, PM, or related field.
• Master's degree or PMP certification desirable.
• Minimum 7 years of project management with HR focus.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end.
• Strong HR processes knowledge and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and closure of HR projects.
• Develop plans, timelines, budgets and resources.
• Manage risks and issues with mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with IT, Finance and business leaders.
• Oversee HR tech implementations (HRIS, PM systems).
• Facilitate change management for new HR processes.
• Monitor progress with regular status reports to execs.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality and requirements.
• Manage project documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Drive continuous PM improvements in HR functions.
