Placements24 is seeking a skilled HR Manager to lead our Human Resources functions within a fully remote framework. You will drive HR strategy, talent management, performance, and compensation for a distributed team across South Africa.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field, with 5+ years in progressive HR leadership, proven remote/work-from-home experience, and strong knowledge of SA labor law.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive HR management experience, including remote or distributed teams.
• Strong knowledge of South African labor law.
• Experience with HRIS and HR analytics.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee HR strategies and programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead full talent acquisition lifecycle for remote teams.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs; ensure competitiveness.
